Join me for a fun and sweaty all standing cardio workout!
TO THE BEAT CARDIO LOW AND HIGH IMPACT WORKOUT You can do at home or at the gym! OLD SCHOOL AEROBICS at it’s best!
Optional light (1-4 lb) will be used towards the end of this workout.

Attention cardio queens! This is your favorite low or high impact workout!! Today we will be alternating between 5 minutes of low impact and 3 minutes of optional high impact cardio!! Light dumbbells will be optional for this workout.
ALL STANDING – no BURPEES!!

Burn fat and a ton of calories at your own level!! Go low impact or high impact with modifications for most fitness levels!
The main thing…KEEP MOVING AND HAVING FUN!!

This all standing cardio workout is also a great way to help get your steps in for the day!! Easy to follow and just an all around cardio aerobics workout!
