Glute Drive Run Specific Isometrics

I made a little adjustment to the @glutedrive to do long-lever single leg bridge ISO holds for my run specific ISO training. I’ve progressed to loading them pretty significantly so this is far from beginner here.

This is the foundation and have been progressing as well as including switches hip ISO switches and later ISO catches as well.

Since I can’t get out on the track as much, diving into and adding these ISO’s has really made a difference and I’ll continue to progress them in my gym training.

I highly recommend getting the @alex.natera course on Isometrics at @sportsmithhq to learn about them inside and out (definitely the best course out there on them).

And of course, Lucy is coaching me up and not letting me quit 😀
