Best QL and Oblique Stretch For Your Low Back

I’m always on the hunt for great stretches for the lateral line as it feels magical once you open it up, especially if you have a tight low back or hips.

This one may be up there as the best one so far (although there’s others I’ve shared and love to use too).

With the set up you just have to find the right height for the placement of the barbell.

The other part is “breathing air into the stretch.” Every time I exhale through the mouth then inhale air into the stretched position. Once I exhale again I try to go deeper into the stretch.

This opens things up so much you’ll feel an inch taller.
