Throughout the last 20 years I’ve seen a lot of models that focused on packing the numbers and churning through coaches in and out, as it was a volume and high margin game.

The reality is that few if any of those businesses are still around.

You win when you help the client win (whatever that win is for them, aka results). To do that you have to have a great system, environment, capable coaches that care, and also constantly evolve through the changing times.

What that takes is a lot of hard work, effort, investment (of time, energy, and money), which means you can’t be cheap. Period.

Strive to have the absolute best service and deliver more value than your charge for, which means you’ll be in the higher tier of pricing based on the “averages” (oh how I dislike that word).

Because then you can continue to invest in yourself, your coaches, your business, evolve, and provide the absolute best service to your clients (that is NOT possible when you are cheap!).

Be better, charge more.
