Abs are built in the gym, but they are revealed in the kitchen. That means you can work on core for a 6 pack as much as you want, but if you aren’t making good decisions with what you’re putting in your body you’ll never see the progress.

Start by eating a low carb high protein, high vegetable diet. Chew food to a finer consistency so that it’s easily absorbed into the body. Stay away from larger meals, and eat 5 to 6 smaller meals throughout the day. These tips will help you lower your body fat revealing your 6-Pax.

Do resistance Abdominal Exercises. Just like every other muscle in the body the best way to train the core/ abdominal region for hypertrophy is with hard training! Be sure to add more complex, weighted exercises too ensure you’re building muscle mass and not just toning the muscles with body weight movements.
