Weighted Pike Pull Up

This has become my favorite vertical pull variation. I still do pull ups (mostly neutral grip and ring chin/pull ups), but the Pike Pull Up allows me to feel my lats the most, doesn’t beat up my elbows or shoulders, and I can progressively load it smoothly.

This is a 55lb weight vest with a 30lb Jamball for 6.

If you’re not using this variation it’s a must plug into your training program.
