Can you isolate Fat Loss?

The short answer is No, because you can’t target specific areas in your body for fat loss. Burning fat is cumulative which means the more exercise you do the more overall fat you lose. This isn’t localized to any specific area.

There are ways we try to address certain problem areas in the body. It is possible to target specific areas like the legs by building the muscle mass from underneath the fat giving you the illusion of localized fat loss. We use this technique often to help build the aesthetic that we are trying to achieve.
