I Trained Like a COMBAT ATHLETE For The Day

I realised the other day, although I train Jiu Jitsu and compete now and then, I do NOT train like a Jiu Jitsu athlete. I train like, well… a bodybuilder. So I decided to track down Sydney’s No1 Strength & Conditioning coach to show me some of the exercises he programs for combat athletes.
