GET READY TO SWEAT!! We are going to have a blast in this killer tabata workout using dumbbells. Quick 30 min intense intervals with AWESOME MUSIC!!!

This HIIT style workout is a calorie TORCHER!
Tabata protocol is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds! This is a tabata style workout using that timing as our challenge!!
Modifications for most fitness levels! Work hard and just do your best!

If you are planning on doing 30 min cardio workouts, always just do your best and stick around for the 30 min. If you feel like you need a break, take it as you need. YOU WILL GET Stronger with consistency and time. YOU GOT THIS!
