STEP WORKOUT WITH STRENGTH!! STEP WITH BANDS // THIGH TONING

TODAY WE HAVE A FUN STEP WORKOUT WITH STRENGTH INTERVALS TO TONE THOSE THIGHS!

This workout is an interval style step and strength workout! Today we will be combining easy to follow, yet intense step segments with leg work! All you will need is a step and a band for this workout!

Many people think that doing step aerobics alone is a leg strengthening workout. Are you using your legs? Yes! True strength will come from working those legs with sets of strength work! This is a fun way to get started with strength training by using bands to work those thighs and legs.
Step aerobics is a cardio workout and today by adding intervals of band work, you will get an all in one circuit style routine!!
