Coach Zach and Coach Jenn are here to show you Acro Yoga! This is the combinations of Acrobatics and Yoga with a partner. These poses aren’t traditionally for beginners and are taught to intermediate/ advanced students because of the difficult, and risk to your partner.

Building Trust through Acro Yoga is an excellent way to strengthen the bond between you and your partner. It will align the spiritual and physical energy because you’re no longer only moving on your own, but moving with another person.

Physical touch is a way to increase the mental awareness for both partners to maintain balance, alignment and focus. This will increase the connection you have with your partner and boost your communication and support for each other.
