If you Can’t Poop, try THIS to get things Moving! #shorts

Sometimes you’re a little bit stuck. If you’re feeling constipated and need to get things moving in your gut, sometimes the best thing to do is get up, get vertical, get walking and do some small stationary jumps.

The bowels need movement of the body, internal and external motion, to move and push things forward. Beyond improved hydration, increased fiber and other solutions, sometimes all you need is the right kind of physical movement to initiate the right kind of internal movement.
