Figuring out your squat stance is important, because if you use a stance that isn’t best for you, you’ll not only get sup-bar performance but you’ll also likely have nagging issues with your hips, low back, and knees.

In this video I go over practical ways to find your best squat stance, as well as talking about which variation to choose for the individual for their goals, training history, restrictions, etc.
