Marcela Joglova – 20km Marathon Specific Workout

Czech 2:28 Marathoner Marcela Joglova is preparing for the Rotterdam Marathon at high altitude in Kenya in hopes she can lower the 2:28 Marathon personal best in a few weeks time.

With five weeks until the big dance, Marcela completes a common Marathon specific workout- 20km continuous run alternating 1km hard (around Half Marathon effort) with 1km easy.

The workout: 20km alternating 1km fast with 1km easy.
