DB Bench Press Mechanical Drop Set To Build Your Chest


Last set of my DB Bench superset added this mechanical drop set and it’s a shirt ripping type pump 😮

Choose a weight you could do on a regular incline bench for 16-18 reps then start at a high incline, do 6-8 reps, drop to regular incline and do 6-8 reps, then down to flat bench and finish with 6-8 reps.

I did 2 x 80 lbs for 8 reps per angle, and that was very challenging especially since this was the 3rd exercise of the training session.

Only do 1-2 sets like this if you’re adding it into your program, more is overkill.
