John Raneri – Marathon Specific Workout: 4 x 3 Miles

With 7 weeks until the New York City Marathon, McKirdy Trained High Performance Athlete John Raneri has a Marathon specific workout on the schedule: 4 x 3 miles (4.8km) at Marathon effort with a 1 mile (1.6km) float recovery.

The workout takes place at Lake Mary Road in Flagstaff (6900ft/2100m elevation) accompanied by McKirdy Trained Founder and Head Coach James McKirdy.
