John Raneri of McKirdy Trained High Performance Squad is gearing up for a fast Marathon at the New York City Marathon on November 7th 2021. With 7.5 weeks to go, the specific marathon work is ramping up.

On the schedule today is 11 x 3min intervals with a 3min float between each interval. John completes the workout on Lake Mary Road, accompanied by founder of McKirdy Trained – James McKirdy.
