11 UpperBody Power Exercises You Must Try


Power is a very important component to develop (or maintain) which very often gets skipped out on.

It’s also one of the first things we lose as we get older (not strength as people may think).

Today I wanted to share a number of upper body power exercises you may not have used before, here’s why:

1. These tend to be under utilized

2. I have a lower body injury and still wanted to deliver value to you with what I can do (lesson for life too – focus on what you can do and not what you can’t)
