Parker Stinson – 3 x 3 miles (Marathon Specific Workout)

Boston Marathon takes place in just under 7 weeks and Parker Stinson is eyeing off that top American place.

On the program today for Stinson is a marathon specific workout of 3 x 3 mile intervals at around marathon pace with 800m jog recovery at 5250ft (1600m) elevation. Currently at peak mileage during the Boston Marathon training block, Stinson is feeling the pinch.
