Jake Riley – Hilly Tempo Run @ Teller Farm

TEAM Boulder head coach Lee Troop prescribes Team USA Marathoner Jake Riley one of Troop’s most difficult training sessions 23 days before the Tokyo Olympic Games Marathon – a 7.3 mile tempo run at Teller Farm (Boulder) split into 2 sections. The first section is a very undulating 4 mile (6.4km) cross country course rolled straight into the second section – a 3.3 mile (5.3km) gradual uphill point-to-point section. All of this at 5250ft (1600m) elevation.
