Morgan Pearson – Track Session (6 x 300m, 200m, 100m)

With 37 days until the Tokyo Olympic Games Triathlon, world ranked #2 Morgan Pearson rolls out a common track workout after a big day on the bike – 6 sets of (300m + 200m + 100m) with training partners Matt McElroy and Chase McQueen.

Pearson was a professional runner before making the switch to Triathlon permanently in 2017. Pearson still competes with the very best in the sport of running while competing in Triathlon; in October 2020 he beat a stellar field of distance runners at the Michigan Pro Half Marathon to win in 62:15.
