The 2-minute V-Sit Ab Challenge

I take @thedailykelsey through the 2 minute V-sit ab challenge that is a great bodyweight finisher, as well as test for core endurance that you can re-rest over time to see your improvements.

I can share that the person that has had the highest numbers on this challenge is former UFC champ Frankie Edgar with 120 reps in 2 mins (one per second) – this can give you something to strive for (my best so far has been 109).
