If youโ€™ve got no equipment and you want to do a challenging workout with your body thatโ€™s a lil different, hereโ€™s one @thedailykelsey and I did thatโ€™s interval based and will challenge the hell out of you (but is fun).

1๏ธโƒฃ Bunny Hop to Push Up
2๏ธโƒฃ Lizard Crawls
3๏ธโƒฃ Push Back to Hip Scorpion
4๏ธโƒฃ Side to Side Gorilla
5๏ธโƒฃ Crawl Plyo Hops

This is a 40/20 second interval EXCEPT for the last exercise the crawl plyo hops which are 20/40.

Do this 2x through for 10 mins, rest 2-3 mins and repeat for another 2 rounds and 10 mins.

To ramp up the challenge, do this for 4-5 rounds non stop (20-25 mins total).
