The best way to diet in quarantine! (Intermittent fasting)

I decided to change for intermittent fasting during this time.
I find this to be a time that suits this way of dieting, and even though I still dont believe that this is a superior way to diet compared to flexible dieting, I do believe that this is the best possible way to diet during our current situation!

In this video i go over my 30 day push-up challenge. With all the gyms closed, This is the best time to work on your body-weight exercises.

If there are any exercises you have trouble executing, substitute them with more regular push-ups.

The goal of the challenge is to be able to complete each exercises Max sets and Reps for 30 days.

If you have to build up until you can finish the whole routine then set that as you goal.

A (Optional): Pull Ups: 5-10 reps, 3 Sets

B1: Chair Hug: 10-12 reps
B2: Single Arm Rear Delt Fly: 12-15 reps, 3 Sets

C1: Batwings: 12-15 reps
C2: Single Arm Band Row: 12-15 reps, 3 Sets

D1: Reverse Hyperextensions: 12-15 reps
D2: Face Pulls: 15-20 reps

E1: Single Arm Bicep Curl: 10-12 reps (top) + 8-10 reps (bottom)
E2: Reverse Band Flys: 10-15 reps + failure on dropset (~25-30 reps)

Each week look to make the routine more difficult by:
– increasing number of reps
– slowing down tempo
– increasing number of sets
– reducing rest period
– placing more tension on working muscle
