Finn Balor Ab Workout (RIPPED!)

See WWE Superstar Finn Balor as he goes through an ab workout with trainer Jeff Cavaliere. They hit the functions of the abs that often get overlooked with a variety of ab exercises that challenge the core muscles through all planes of motion.

The key to getting six pack abs like Finn Balor is to first be sure you get your nutrition in check. This means that you need to eat to obtain a low enough level of body fat that you can see the results of your hard work. If you don’t first clean up your diet then you will never see your abs, no matter how many ab exercises or workouts you do.

When it comes to ab workouts you have to be sure that you are not just doing crunches and thinking that you are doing complete ab training. Flexion of the spine is just one function of the abdominal muscles. The complete abs workout would have you working on rotational, anti-rotation, anti-lateral, power, and lower ab training exercises.

Finn Balor’s ab workout consists of movements that hit his core hard in all of these motions. The use of weights is something that allows him to overload his ab muscles (just as he would any other muscles that he was looking to develop) and create challenge instead of simply banging away at high numbers of less challenging reps.

If you want to develop a six pack like Finn, you need to be sure to incorporate ab exercises that hit every region of your abs as well. Remember, a good looking midsection is not just composed of the rectus abdominis muscle. You want to be sure to develop the obliques, serratus anterior and the transverse abdominis as well. The key is to choose exercises that hit each area without spending too much time doing them. The key to any good ab workout is to challenge your abs and get you out of the gym in under 10 minutes.

No need to spend long workouts training your abs. Instead, opt for a consistent approach to ab training and try to get your abs trained at least 4 to 5 times per week, if not more. Having a strong rear-end not only helps improve posture, but it can significantly enhance injury prevention as well. The first thing we must remember is glutes are muscles. They are one of the strongest muscles in the body and are absolutely required in movements involving the hips and thighs like standing up, sitting down, and walking. Without the glutes, these activities would be extremely difficult if not impossible.

Many people take their glutes for granted. Having weak and/or inhibited glutes can cause more problems than people realize. Weak glutes can lead to a myriad of health issues; most commonly found being muscle imbalances.

Unfortunately, you’ve been LIED TO about how to train your body’s BIGGEST muscle… And it’s cost you in your performance, your health and even how you look.

I’m talking about your glutes. Your glutes are your body’s most powerful muscle, yet they’re also the most misunderstood.

Drop Sets vs Normal Sets for Muscle Growth

When it comes to the quest of maximizing muscle growth, a variety of different training methods are often employed. One popular training method, drop sets, are a perfect example. First off, what are drop sets? Drop sets simply involve performing one or more sets with a lighter weight immediately after you finish your heavy set. You can do drop sets for arms, chest, back, and so on – you could even do a whole drop set workout if you wanted to. They’re typically used to accumulate volume in a shorter amount of time, achieve a greater muscle pump, and elicit more metabolic stress than you would with standard straight sets. Which would theoretically mean that drop sets can lead to better muscle growth and mass gain. However, given that recent research has revealed that metabolic stress may not be as important for muscle growth as we once thought, it begs the question as to whether drop sets are worth incorporating at all, or whether sticking to normal straight sets would instead be best. That’s exactly what I’ll cover in my video, where you’ll learn the benefits of drop sets, whether you should do drop sets or not, and if drop sets can build muscle faster than normal sets.
